Inside Sales Representative

Location: Austin, Texas

We engage directly with end customers or often, through our significant partner relationships; all of whom rely on us to architect, design, install and manage their complex products in the field.

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Austin, TX (78733). In this role, you will contact prospective clients, establish, and cultivate new customer accounts. Qualified candidates should be able to schedule appointments while discussing business critical needs and Collective's value proposition with all levels of management, leveraging our significant, industry-leading portfolio of IT Infrastructure and Managed Service Solutions centered around Systems Management, Data Storage, and Data Protection.

Responsibilities:
  • Research Target Client Companies
  • Make outbound B2B calls
  • Schedule / coordinate meetings
  • Hand off appointment to account owner
  • Train to understand technology
  • Gather feedback after meetings
  • Track the sales process
     
Requirements:
