We are seeking Aruba Networking Professionals
 
Responsibilities
Provide onsite end-customer solutions:
  • Install
  • Setup
  • Site Survey
     
Work on complex problems requiring in-depth fault analysis and troubleshooting.
Formulate technical action plans for analyzing and resolving problems.
Work effectively in a customer team environment
Determine need to escalate & be able to interact with development & QA.
Interact with other teams to drive resolution of hardware / software deficiencies / bugs.

Required Qualifications
5 years of experience in customer facing Technical Support, supporting enterprise class networking products with advanced expertise in network switching, routing and security.
Knowledge of authentication protocols and servers.
Understanding & experience in configuring & troubleshooting VoIP protocols like SIP, SVP, H323 etc.
Experience in network analysis & test tools like Wireshark, iPERF, Nmap etc.
In-depth knowledge of Layer2 technologies like spanning tree, VLANs, 802.1q, 802.1d, etc.
Strong knowledge of internet routing protocols like RIP, OSPF etc.
Proficiency in VPN technologies such as L2TP, IPsec, etc.
Strong knowledge and concepts of TCP/IP, UDP, HSRP/VRRP/GLBP, DNS, ARP, HTTP, GRE, etc.

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of wireless networking preferred.
Industry certifications like ACMX, ACDX & CCIE preferred.
Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
